Iran plans to sent a spy satellite in 2015

Iran will be launching its first communications satellite in the year and the country plans to launch a spy satellite by the year 2015.Isreal is alarmed by the latest announcement made by Iran because currently only Israel has the technological advancement in space amongst the Middle East countries.

NASA cancels contract to buy spacesuit

The space agency NASA cancelled the $745 million contract with a Houston company Oceaneering International to buy the hi-tech suits. The company is known for giving deep water services and for making products to be supplied to the oil and gas industry.

Solar plants to be installed in California

Two Solar power plants will be build in California and the plants will be generating energies of about 12 times more than the largest plants that are generating energies from Sun rays. One of the largest solar plants provides energy to the Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada.

Japan company launches a communications satellite

Mitsubishi Electric Corp. launched the first private communication satellite that has been completely made in Japan and it was set in orbit on Friday .The satellite will be used for commercial purposes.
