Biodiversity report shows governments failed to achieve targets
According to the biodiversity reports many governments failed to achieve the biodiversity targets in 2002 and a quarter of plant species are on the verge of extinction. The UN secretary General Ban Ki Moon said the consequence of the collective failure will be severe.

Chinese wealthiest entrepreneurs detained

One of the wealthiest entrepreneurs of China, Huang Guangyu was detained in the last week by an investigation team by Chinese police. Huang is the chairman of China’s biggest electronics retailer, Gome Electrical Appliances and he has been charged of manipulating stock exchange results.
