Home price decline in October

Home prices fell in the month of October and when compared to previous year values, home prices fell by almost 18%.The 20 city reports of home prices, S&P Case-Shiller indexes showed losses of the last 27 months and it was reported that out of 20 cities, 14 showed declines in rates of properties.

High BP linked to gene

High blood pressure has been linked to a gene type that was initially found in homogeneous Old Order Amish community in Pennsylvania and it is carried by at least one of every five American whites.

Dow plunges most in last 28 years

Dow Chemical Company lowered most in last 28 years and another companies Rohm & Haas Co. lost as the companies had been into a merger deal of $15.4 billion with Kuwait .Midland, the Michigan-based company lost 19% and this is the largest drop in price after July 1980.

Asia market trade high on Tuesday

The Japan’s Nikkei closed at 1.3 percent high on the final trading day of the year 2008 and the indexes closed on the day with a low annual percentage as it lost 42.1 %.On Monday stock fell on Wall Street and closed lower amidst global market recession.
