Foreclosure reduces in Michigan U.S.
The Mortgage Banker Association informed a report on Thursday that stated that the number of foreclosures on June 30 were low as compared to the first quarter of the year .The rate showed 70% decline in foreclosures from the first three months which indicated that the foreclosure condition in state of Michigan has improved .
The decline in other states was seen between 76% to 4%. The reduction in foreclosure rates indicates the government loan restructuring plans have been successfully implemented in these states.
