Most Americans oppose the ground zero mosque plan

According to polls it has been found that most of the Americans believe a mosque should not be built at ground zero although U.S. president said in his speech that every American has got the freedom to practice his religion.

The plan is to build a 13 story Islamic cultural centre at the site close to World Trade Centre and almost half of the democrats oppose the plan of building the mosque. Democrats running in the conservative states are strongly opposing the plan.
