Yen gained strength on Tuesday on account of Flu concerns

European shares were down by almost 2% on Tuesday and it helped Yen to gain and it gained to a seven week high against Euro that is almost a month high against dollar. Dollar also gained value because it is considered to be safe in investors.

The market was affected by Flu stories and the other reports that had their impact on market were the reports of Citi and Bank of America. Investors are waiting to get the results of the stress test that will be held on May 4.
