Iowa allows gay marriage

Iowa’s clerks have started taking applications for same sex marriage from Monday as the Iowa Supreme Court legalized same sex marriage on April 3.Earlier only Sean and Tim McQuillan succeeded in persuading the judge to get a sanction for gay marriage.
Sean and Tim McQuillan married in the year 2007 when gay marriage was legal for few hours in the state and then Polk County District Court judge stayed ruling on same sex marriage.
