German forecast recession will ease in 2009

The forecast for German business confidence was predicted to be at a 26 year low in April by economists but the market has rebounded after the announcement of government stimulus package and the interest rate cuts and now the economists are predicting recession will ease in 2009.
Adding to it, the European Central Bank hinted that it will further cut rates to a new low to help market regain from recession.
