17-year olds allowed taking emergency contraceptive in U.S.

In U.S. government has allowed 17- year olds to take emergency contraceptive without a doctor’s prescription and the woman groups are happy over the decision. The Food and Drug Administration said it will accept the order.
A restriction was implemented on taking the emergency contraceptive drug in Bush’s administration. Women groups said it was a long overdue decision and they had been asking to allow taking emergency contraceptive without any age limit.
