Movie Review: ‘American Violet’

The film is a real life story of Regina Kelly , based in 2000 when George W. Bush was got elected after Florida recount .It is about a mother of four young children Nicole Beharie,24 , who is a waitress and a government assistance in Texas.

Once she is wrongly accused of drug dealings and sent behind bars. It is expected that she will be sent to jail for 10 years. The film is directed by Tim Disney and it stars Nicole Beharie in lead role.
