Heavy snowfall in Carolinas and New England

A heavy snowfall was recorded on Monday in parts of southern New England, Carolinas and Boston. At least a dumping of 11 inches of snow was reported and by the day time the snowing increased to 15 inches as per the reports given by the National Weather Service.

Transportation in Philadelphia; New York, Pennsylvania , Boston and Massachusetts got effected for the heavy rainfall and commuters had to pass through the drifting snow , gusty winds and freezing temperatures to get to their destinations.
