British government launches second rescue package

British government launched second multi- million rescue packages on Monday to help market get out of crisis and to help the financial organization and banks as the Royal Bank of Scotland announced that it will be declaring one of the biggest losses in its history of banking.

The Prime minister of Britain Gordon Brown said that the package will help banks get out of crisis that were suffering because of other overseas banks and non banking institutions.
