Spanish study favor Mediterranean diet to reduce heart problems

As per the latest study by Spanish researchers ,Mediterranean diet plus daily serving of mixed nuts help people to manage metabolism syndrome which include problems like includes abdominal obesity, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and high glucose.
Previously a research study was released that favored Mediterranean food to lower metabolism syndrome. Mediterranean food include cereals, vegetables, fruits and olive oil and moderate consumption of fish and alcohol and low intake of dairy product, meat and sweets.
