Diabetes drug behave differently in men and women

As per the latest British study most commonly prescribed Diabetes drug Avandia and Actos don’t cause fracture risk in men but they double the risk of fracture in women. Both the drugs are used to lower blood sugar in Type 2 diabetes patients.

Previous studies informed about the risks of heart attack and heart failure with Avandia, which resulted in issue of a mandatory warning by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
