Heart attacks increases during shift to daylight

A research was conducted on heart attacks in Sweden and it was found that in and out of daylight saving time, affects the rate of heart attacks. Rate of heart attacks increases during first three weekdays after springtime shift because of low sleep and in autumn, the increase in sleep timing, reduces heart attack.
The research will help people suffering from hart problem; avoid confronting sudden change in biologic rhythms
