U.S. government sanction new rules to check corporate frauds

U.S. Justice Department formulated new rules to control corporate frauds and issued new guidelines on Thursday to put pressure on congress to control such cases. The revision will disallow prosecutors from penalizing companies that pay the legal fees for its employees under investigation.
The sanctioning of the latest set of rules is said to be a victory of the American Bar Association, U.S. Chamber of Commerce and other legal groups.
