U.S. troops will leave Iraq by 2011

Iraq and U.S. have agreed to talk about the time limit for the presence of U.S. troops in Iraq. Both the countries agreed that the U.S. troops will leave Iraq on a fixed date that will come by the end of the year 2011.
The Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki on Monday spoke to the press and said that an open deal can not be taken for a sensitive matter like presence of international troops in Iraq and hence a date has been fixed.
