Court denied lowering strict rule on pollution

The federal court rejected the plea filed by the Bush government for reducing the strict rules on pollution check. The government asked to lower the power of states and local government in imposing strict rules of pollution check but the court dismissed the demand.
The U.S. Court of Appeals in the District of Columbia Circuit gave the judgment and the Environmental groups were thrilled at their victory after the judgment.
