Fifth tropical storm formed close to Gulf of Mexico

The hurricane forming close to Gulf of Mexico raised oil prices in market but the previous hurricane left without disturbing the oil drilling areas of Gulf of Mexico .The fourth tropical storm of the season is posing dangers to the oil drilling Gulf of Mexico as it has formed close to the northern areas of the Gulf of Mexico.
The U.S. National Hurricane Center located the storm Edouard at the mouth of Mississippi River on Sunday and speed of the winds is said to be 119 km per hour.
