Yahoo’s meeting showed dissatisfied shareholder
The shareholders of Yahoo met on Friday and Time Warner and Microsoft showed their dissatisfaction for the internet company. The Time Warner AOL CE, Jonathan Miller said that he cannot join the board because Yahoo’s agreement was not complete.
On July 21 the billionaire investor Icahn agreed to stop fight with Yahoo in return of three seats in board. The new board of Yahoo has eight Yahoo members and two members nominated by Icahn.
