Water found on the surface of Mars

The tests done by scientists on Phoenix Lander have confirmed the presence of water on the surface of Mars and it is for the first time that a planet other than earth has been tested positive for the presence of water.

The NASA’s Phoenix Lander has earlier given visual evidence related to the presence of water on the surface of Mars and now it is said that the soil of the planet can even sustain plant similar to the soil of earth.
