Microsoft given up to take Yahoo

Microsoft executives said that they are trying to outline other ways to improve their online and internet advertising business and they have given up the idea of buying Yahoo to improve their internet business.

Microsoft’s Chief Financial Officer Chris Liddell said that Yahoo’s value was declining and now the company is ready to sell itself for $33 per share that Microsoft offered it in May and after having a meeting with the investors of Microsoft ,it was decided that the company is no more interested in taking over Yahoo.
