U.S. fed raises minimum wages value

The rate of minimum wages was raised by Federal on Thursday and the new legislation on wages will be effective from the day itself. The previous rate of minimum wage was $5.85 per hour that has been increased to $6.55 per hour.
The increase will be effective in 25 state of United States and the other states have minimum wages higher than $6.55..The rates were kept unchanged at $5.15 for a decade before last year and last year it was increased to $5.85 per hour .
