Dolly becomes weak hurricane to hit Mexico-Texas border

The hurricane dolly downgraded to tropical storm after striking between the borders of the states Texas and Mexico yesterday as the winds fell from 100 mph to 70 miles per hour and it is expected that the hurricane will continue to weaken and become one of the weakest hurricanes to hit Mexico-Texas border.
Dolly is one of the major Hurricane that was expected to hit the Gulf of Mexico and after the storm hit Texas, residents of the region were left without power and electricity supply in the afternoon.
