Sleeping more or less can cause stroke in women

A research was carried out on 93,000 mostly post – menopausal women and it was found that the women who slept more than nine hours in later ages had 60% - 70% higher chances of stroke.
The report of the research was published on July 18 in a journal and it was also found that less sleep than seven hours even raise the risks of stroke in women. Though the research was conducted on postmenopausal women, the researchers said that the results are found to be universal.
