Bush to set time horizon to call back troops from Iraq

U.S. President has agreed to negotiate terms of withdrawal of troops from Iraq amidst opposition towards the open ended presence of U.S. troops in Iraq and to take steps towards stabilizing the political situation in Iraq.
The details of time horizon will be drawn out and negotiated and it will include handling over the responsibly of Iraq to Iraqis. U.S. President is hesitant towards troop’s withdrawal proposal as it may look like “surrender.”
