Yahoo deal with Google will reduce competition

As the battle between the companies Yahoo Inc and Microsoft Corp. continues, the Microsoft Corporation executives accused Yahoo of reducing market competition by getting into a deal with Google.

Yahoo’s Smith Yang also said that the search market has become bipolar with Google on one side and Yahoo and Microsoft competing each other on the other side. An offer was rejected by Yahoo given by Yahoo’s biggest investor Icahn and Microsoft recently.
