57th Miss Universe -Miss Venezuela

During the 57th Miss Universe Peagent in Vietnam on Sunday Miss USA 2008 Crystle Stewart slipped from stairs and fell. The Miss Universe crown for the year 2008 was held by Miss Venezuela Dayana Mendoza.

Last year also Miss USA slipped form stairs and fell in the similar fashion but she was made popular through Youtube on internet and this is for the second consecutive year that the same incident was repeated by a contestant from USA.
