American Idol runner up signs 19 Recordings/Jive Records deal

The runner up in reality show “American Idol” David Archuleta got into a deal with 19 Recordings/Jive Records and he will release his debut album by the end of the year. Archuleta, 17, is currently busy preparing for his “American Idol” tour that will start off in July 1st.

The chief executive of 19 Entertainment Label Group, Simon Fuller said that it’s fascinating to see David grow.
