Clinton expects disputed delegates will be seated by the party

One of the Clinton’s strategist Harold Ickes, who is also her campaign lawyer said that he had looked into the party rules and he was confident that the disputed delegates from the states Florida and Michigan will be seated by the party.
Both the states primaries were voided after the states held their primaries before the party allowed the primaries date. Obama’s supporters have suggested that the disputed states seats should be split by 50-50 %.
