Home price lowers in March

In the month of March the home prices lowered by 14.4 % and the consumer confidence also went down. In the last 16 years the consumer confidence lowered by most in the last quarter as the oil and gasoline price surged in market.

The indexes went down to reach 57.2 and the S & P indexes of 20 metropolitan cities were released on Tuesday and it showed previously owned homes price lowered by 2.2%.
