MTN talks to Reliance ADA after talks fail with Bharti

The talks of the MTN Group Ltd., that is a South African company failed with Bharti Airtel on Monday and the Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group is planning to get the deal with the cell phone company.
MTN has got 68 million users all over Middle East and Africa and Reliance has 46 million customers. The market value of MTN is $40 billion and Reliance has value $30 billion and it is expected that the deal is tough to be met.
