McCain to lead in pressing India and China to cut emission

The Republican presidential candidate John McCain said that he will take a lead in pressing the growing economic powers of the world, India and China to cut emission and reduce global warming.

McCain pledged to reduce the emission of greenhouse gases by more than 60%. McCain talked of melting Arctic Ocean and disappearance of habitat. U.S. is one of the highest emitter of greenhouse gases in the world.
