China and Japan to held annual meetings

The Chinese President Hu Jintao met the Japanese PM, Yasuo Fukuda and both of them agreed on having annual summits. This was second visit by a Chinese leader to Japan as the relations of China with Japan were strained after the dispute over the terrestrial waters.
The leaders said that they agreed over finding solutions to long pending matters like developing resources in East China Sea. Mr. Fukuda said that he asked China to have talks with the Tibetan leaders .China has overtaken U.S. in being trading partner with Japan.
