China joins Japan to tackle global warming

The multilateral negotiation will be signed by Chinese President Hu Jintao on global warming, who will reach Japan on Tuesday. The western developed countries have been talking of making it mandatory to cut the emission of carbon dioxide by the developing countries whereas the largest emitters of carbon dioxide include the western developed countries and there is no provision for emission cut for all.
Japan will be leading the meeting of Group of Eight summit of industrialized nations that will discuss the effects of increasing greenhouse gases.
