The increased smoke, pollution, high blood pressure and obesity after the 1918 Spanish flu pandemic has reduced life expectancy in parts of U.S.. The researchers at the University of Washington and Harvard University said that in general the life expectancy of majority has increased in U.S. as compared to other western countries but those areas with low expectancy have further declined in the last few years.
