Yahoo to try Google’s software to negotiate Microsoft bid

Yahoo has been criticized of not properly making use of the advertising benefits available online and the company has planned to use Google’s software to improve its online advertisements market and also to raise the bid made by Microsoft of $44.6 billion for take over.
Yahoo has already spent about $2 million towards having its own search engine under the project called Project Panama to make its advertisement relevant but Yahoo still considerers that Google is better in advertisements and will opt for Google’s adv software.
