Microsoft lost its value in market after it bid for Yahoo inc. Microsoft Corp has been pushing yahoo to make a decision in the offer made. The board of director of Yahoo rejected the offer made by Microsoft of the cash and Stocks, to take over the company

Microsoft will not be raising its bid for Yahoo and Microsoft is encouraging Yahoo directors to get make discussions over the bid. The current situation is not in favor of Microsoft as the share prices of the company went down by almost 5% after the bid was made.
