Cosby faces more sex claims 2nd woman accuses by him

A Montgomery County, Pa., prosecutor said Tamara Green’s accusation that Cosby gave her two pills then fondled her was not likely to get much legal traction, the New York Daily News reported Thursday.

Green, a former model, went public after learning Cosby, 67, was under investigation for allegedly plying 31-year-old Andrea Constand with a “herbal medication” and molesting her a year ago. Montgomery County officials were mulling charges against Cosby in the Constand matter.

Cosby, who says his encounter with Constand was consensual, says he never even knew Green. The most recent one coming from the 57-year-old California lawyer Tamara Green, who claims that Cosby slipped her knockout pills and according to her “he molested her�?, this allegedly occurred over thirty years ago.

Green claims the reason that she didn’t come out publicly about the incident thirty years ago was because, in her words, “she thwarted his attack�?. Now keep in mind that Green spent a little time in a mental institution back in October according to the California state bar Association The Montgomery County, Pa assistant district attorney Risa Vetri Ferman has stated that “generally, an accusation from over 30 years ago is not going to be considered admissible in court or relevant to an investigation,�?

The Philadelphia Daily News has also reported that the prosecutors have actual tapes of Bill Cosby offering Constand’s mother money to keep her daughter from going forward. This was after Constand reported the incident to the Canadian authorities. Cosby has denied Green’s claims and says that he has never met her before, and he also denies that he sexually assaulted Constand.

Green said she told Cosby she wasn’t feeling well, at which point the comedian gave her two pills that made her seriously drowsy and stripped her of motor control. “I was almost literally face down in my lunch,” Green said. Green said “The Cosby Show” star drove her home, where he tucked her into bed. Then “he began to molest me and violate me. He basically violated me in the worst possible way,” she said. However, Green said she stopped Cosby from raping her despite being “incredibly stoned.”
