Yahoo shareholder file lawsuit for not accepting Microsoft bid

One of the biggest internet search engine company Yahoo Inc is trying to get out of the Microsoft bid and find options to fight the bid but may shareholders want the company to accept the offer.

A law suit was filed against the company at the Delaware Chancery Court by two Detroit pension funds who are accusing the company of not accepting the Microsoft offer of $44.6 billion as the decision of not accepting the offer will affect the share holders of the company. The shareholders want the company to improve the bid amount and negotiation but not reject the bid.
