Microsoft gets forceful for takeover of Yahoo

The world’s biggest software company Microsoft is planning to nominate a set of directors for Yahoo board if the company Yahoo does not aggress to the merger with the Microsoft. The take over of Yahoo by Microsoft will help Microsoft to fight the giant internet search company Google.

Microsoft may nominate the board members before the deadline of nomination on March 13. Microsoft also plans to provide benefits to the directors like full time employments and other benefits if they are terminated in the initial 2 years of the merger.
