Columbus secured to space station
The lab Columbus carried by the shuttle Atlantis has been secured to the international space station and now the astronauts have to make it to run. On Monday the 23-foot, 14-ton lab was hooked by the astronaut Rex Walheim and his colleagues.
The crew members of the space shuttle entered the science lab on Tuesday and made the data connections and power cables connection to work. European Space Agency watched the lab getting secured at the international space station as it was a dream comes true for all the countries involved in the installation.
