Disney is still strong in market

The entertainment company Walt Disney’s theme parks and cables are still making profits when most of the companies are registering low in the financial year of 2007.The initial quarter of the year started with a drop in profits that was $1.3 billion which was down from the $1.7 billion.

The gains made by the company in the year 2006 were increased due to the initiation of the cable TV channel and US magazines and if these two profits area are not included the general profits ,then the profits made by the company increased by 29%.
