Reason found by the Federal investigators for the Minnesota bridge collapse

The last summer Minnesota bridge collapse was getting investigated by the Federal investigators and it was found that a very serious design error was behind the collapse. The investigators said that the error could not be discovered during the regular inspection of the bridge.

The bridge had collapsed last summer on Aug 1 and that resulted in hurting more than 100 and killing 13 people.The Chairman of National Transportation Safety Board, Mark V. Rosenker said that the 35W Bridge that was built on steel plates had very thin support to hold it and as the traffic on the bridge increased the bridge collapsed.
