Housing Markets shows a dip in sales
The real estate market registered a dip in sales in the month of November but the real estate association expects the sales to increase in the next half of the year 2008. The housing market that was a determinant factor for the performance of US economy had registered a better performance in the last month and the estate agents have been expecting an improvement in the market state.
The November records suggested that the housing issue is still not solved. In October the sales of pending houses registered increase by 89.9 whereas in November the sales fell by 2.6 % to 87.6.
