Rodriguez to serve in overcrowded jail for 6 months

The actress Michelle Rodriguez will have to stay in jail for 6-months for probation violation after she was arrested in the drunken-driving and hit-and-run cases.

The actress was found having alcohol when she was wearing a monitoring bracelet and she even failed to complete a community service in the case.

The actress Lindsay Lohan and Nicole Richie were also arrested and sentenced in similar cases but their sentence did not exceed a week. Rodriguez will have to stay in overcrowded jail and serve the full term.
