Israel says Iran is a threat

The Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert said that Iran remains a threat to its country and the international pressure made Iran to keep away from its nuclear activities. Iran is reported to have stopped its nuclear programmes in 2003 and Israel said that the countries US, Russia, China and EU nations were able to pressurize Iran to stop its nuclear activities.

The US intelligence agencies reported that the nuclear activities of Iran have been halted and it cannot produce nuclear energy till 2010 from enriched uranium to make a nuclear bomb. In 2005 the assessment said that Iran is determined to develop a nuclear bomb against international pressure.
