Northeast facing winter storms

The New York and other Northeast area including New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine was hit by weather storm that carried snow and freezing rains to disrupted the transportation and cut power in the area.

The warning of storm was issued by the National Weather Service. A total of 10 deaths in traffic were caused by the heavy storm and fereezing rains.

Travelers were stranded at the International Airport in Chicago and many flights were cancelled on Saturday after the heavy storms. The weather department informed that one foot of snow must have fallen on the mountains northern New England.
