Arkansas football coach resigns
Houston Nutt submitted his resignation at the Broyles Athletic Complex on Monday. He has been appointed the coach in 1997 and he coached the team for 10 seasons.
The team will be searching for a new coach and in the upcoming bowl game the team will be coached by Reggie Herring who is the defensive coordinator of the team.
Nutt’s achievement as a coach was the victory over No. 1 LSU in the last Friday game and he refused an offer to extend his coaching term to the team .The search for the new coach will be carried over by athletic director Jeff Long.
