Walking is good for lowering blood pressure and weight
Those who set their walking goals and walk longer everyday are able to keep a check on their blood pressure. The research has been conducted by Stanford Medical School and the study is published in Journal of the American Medical Association.
The research was conducted on 2,767 people and the past cases of the people since 40 years have been conducted.
The research showed that the people who do not walk with a set goal are not helped by their walking in controlling their blood pressure and weight.
